The PI Behavioral Assessment is an EFPA-certified instrument that measures a person’s motivating drives and needs and is scientifically proven to predict candidate success. As a methodology to introduce the PI hiring tool, each workshop participant will be provided their very own personal behavioral assessment and report to keep.
